Sales Executive – Industrial & Logistics Real Estate

CCO 859 Property Solution Co., Ltd.is a leading real estate brokerage firm specializing in the industrial and logistics. We are looking for a Sales Executive to support sales and leasing activities, manage client relationships, and assist in closing property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, present, and negotiate with clients to achieve sales and leasing targets
- Follow up with clients and prospects and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, and reports.
- Provide market feedback, client insights, and competitor information to management
- Stay updated on industrial and logistics property market trends
- Collect and analyze sales data and prepare regular reports
- Support senior brokers in property viewings and sales activities
- Build and maintain professional networks with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, leasing, or related fields
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
