CCO 859 Property Solution Co., Ltd.is a leading real estate brokerage firm specializing in the industrial and logistics. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing) to manage digital channels, create engaging content, and generate leads to support property sales and leasing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, LINE OA, and other marketing-related tasks as assigned
- Create and manage content for property listings, branding, and social media (including short-form TikTok videos)
- Manage website content, property listings, and support basic SEO activities
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare marketing reports
- Coordinate with sales teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate, industrial, or logistics experience is an advantage)
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Familiar with Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics tools
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) preferred

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Understanding of industrial and logistics property marketing is a plus
